Fuel delivery to a barge

Had a delivery of 900 l to 'Petra' last week from Ford Fuels, who had taken over 007's customers when he ceased trading.This was quickly followed by a letter saying that they would not be making any further deliveries to boats or barges due to not being covered by their insurance in the event of an incident.
